Responsibilities

• Conduct and monitor all export operations. 

 • Manage the entire process from booking to arrival of the cargo. 

 • Meet the operational needs and expectations of customers with a focus on customer satisfaction.

 • Maintain active relationship with customers and provide proactive updates. 

 • Teamwork and cooperation with sales team.

• Following job orders from the beginning until invoice posting and closing.

Requirements

 •Graduated from International Transportation and Logistics or a related undergraduate program

.• At least 2 years of experience in sea export operations/documentation in forwarding   service companies. 

 • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 

 • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.

 • Customer satisfaction oriented.

 • Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. 

 • Should be a team player. 

 • Completed military service for male candidates. 

 • Able to work in the Izmir location.
