Public Relations Officer (PRO)

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will play a critical role in managing all regulatory and documentation requirements of our Branch in Dubai. This role requires a deep understanding of government and banking processes.

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Public Administration, Law or a related field is preferred. 
  • Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in government relations, public affairs, or a related role.   
  • Mandatory experience in working with export-import operations
  • Familiar with UAE Laws
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. 
  • Fluency in Arabic language will be added advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities.                                                                           

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies for business compliance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between our Branch and the external government PROs. 
  • Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, banking and government policies that may impact the Branch. 
  • Conduct thorough analysis of proposed regulations and assess their potential impact on the company. 
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes with banking and government entities in a diplomatic and strategic manner. 
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date executive files, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies. 
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate relevant information about banking and government policies and regulatory changes to internal stakeholders.
