Therefore, to expand our capabilities we are looking for a Business Development Manager ( sea freight) who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team. 

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and performance targets based on assigned goals.
• Develop the customer portfolio and ensure the sustainability of existing customer satisfaction. 
• Conduct customer visits and report. Coordinate sales processes with the operations team. 
• Design service approaches that enhance success and satisfaction. 
• Monitor collection and financial processes, manage accounts payable. 
• Identify market opportunities and trends, create action plans, and take actions. 

Requirements 

• University graduate. 
• Knowledgeable and experienced in sea freight forwarder regulations. 
• Portfolio of sea freight customers.  
• Proficient in English.
• Russian proficiency is preferable.
• Developed sales skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to maintain personal motivation in challenging processes. 
• Successful in interpersonal relationships, strong representation and persuasion skills.
