Sales Executive

We are an international company with over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry. M9 Logistics is committed to providing outstanding freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance, and IT solutions. We operate worldwide in many countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania. And now we are looking for a new colleague as Sales Executive, who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell logistics products including Air freight, Sea Freight, Railway Freight etc. in existing markets to improve our company’s brand image and market share.
- Make initial sales and build-up relationships with potential customers/clients.
- Develop new markets, new customers, and expand product sales scope.
- Coordinate with other departments to process customer’s inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop effective ways to approach potential customers/clients.
- Monitor the transportation process, deal with abnormal situations effectively, and maintain good communication with customers.
- Responsible for signing sales contracts and collecting receivables and meeting the sales profit goals.
- Other tasks related to this position assigned by the manager.
Required Skills & Experiences:
- College degree or above, 2+ year experience in a similar role.
- Able to communicate in English fluently.
- Capability in market analysis, communication, teamwork.
- Sales experiences in the markets of Europe, USA, Australia, and New Zealand is an advantage.
