Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage sales activities
  • Propose ideas to the manager about sales methods to increase sales volume and efficiency.
  • Achieve revenue and performance targets based on assigned goals.
  • Analyze and report the sales target vs. actual performance to the manager monthly.
  • Develop the customer portfolio and ensure the sustainability of existing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct customer visits and report to the manager.
  • Coordinate sales processes with the operations team.
  • Design service approaches that enhance success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor collection and financial processes and inform the manager.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends, create action plans, and report to the manager.

Requirements

  • Graduate of relevant university departments.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in freight forwarder regulations.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Suitable for teamwork.
  • Developed sales skills.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills, advanced analytical thinking capability.
  • Goal-oriented and able to maintain personal motivation in challenging processes.
  • Successful in interpersonal relationships, strong representation and persuasion skills.
