We operate worldwide in many countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania. And now we are looking for a new colleague as “Sales Specialist” in our Suzhou office, who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 team.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and make sales of our logistics products
• Build and maintain solid relationships with your customers
• Meet or call customers regularly to understand business requirements and address those needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to provide quotations and solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor AR
• Develop effective ways to approach potential customers
• Maintain and grow your customer pool.
• Set profit goals and create sales progress to aim to achieve targets
• To behave in line with the Code of Conduct and other corporate policies
• To fulfil the tasks given by the management

Required Skills & Experiences

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the logistics & freight forwarding industry.
• Basic knowledge of international freight forwarding.
• Native Chinese speaker, good English communication skills, fluent spoken English preferred.
• Proactive, with outstanding study abilities and a strong team spirit.
