Therefore, to expand our capabilities we are looking for a Transport coordinator who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate directly with truck drivers via phone and messaging platforms
• Plan optimal delivery routes, balancing deadlines and cost-efficiency
• Organize timely and seamless loading/unloading operations
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery across all stages
• Resolve any disputes or issues between drivers and logistics partners
• Negotiate and liaise with transportation partners to secure the best delivery terms
• Ensure smooth internal coordination and accurate order tracking
• Maintain daily logs and transportation reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in road freight, trucking, or dispatching
• Strong knowledge of transport operations, route planning, and trucking procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with drivers and transporters
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency in Armenian is required; Russian language skills will be an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and a problem-solver
