We operate worldwide in many countries in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Oceania. And now we are looking for a new colleague as “Air Operations Specialist” in our Hong Kong office, who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 team.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle daily I/E operations and full set shipping documents.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a long-standing business partnership.
• To handle general enquiries from customers, internal departments and M9 overseas offices.
• Oversees the operation and sales activities in Hong Kong.
• Prepare and realize marketing plans and commercial activities, make follow up with potential customers.

• To fulfil the tasks given by the management.

Required Skills & Experiences

• HKCEE/DSE or above.
• Network with BSA agent and Customer is an advantage.
• Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Conversant with PC and Microsoft Office application.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Holder of RAR and DGR is preferred.
