To further strengthen our regional business, we are seeking an experienced Branch Head to lead our Czech Republic (Prague) and Poland branches. The ideal candidate will oversee all freight forwarding activities, drive business growth, manage financial performance, and ensure operational excellence across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop both branch offices — Czech Republic (Prague) and Poland.
• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing customers.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations with a primary focus on road freight, followed by air and ocean freight services.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and strengthen the company’s position in both countries.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Maintain high service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead and mentor branch teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with solid exposure to road and air freight, ocean freight.
• Proven track record in business development and P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Fluency English
