Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively develop domestic and foreign air customers, independently handle customer enquiries, quotations and other matters.
- Actively maintain and expand the company's channel resources.
- Follow up the whole transportation process, and actively cooperate with relevant parties to coordinate the problems encountered during transportation.
- Collected first-line market information, customer feedback and competitor information, and actively participated in optimizing the company's products.
- Responsible for timely remittance of customer accounts receivable.
- Other tasks related to the position assigned by the manager.
Required Skills & Experiences:
- More than 3 years of sales and marketing experience in air transportation industry, with China-Europe railway transportation experience is preferred.
- Familiar with air channels, familiar with each route and dealer distribution is preferred.
- Have keen market insight and strong market development ability, good at collecting, sorting out and analyzing freight information.
- Strong communication, expression and negotiation skills.
- Mature customer resources are preferred.
- English proficiency is preferred.
