Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new customers and overseas agents, establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Understand customer needs and tailor cost-effective international logistics solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, expand the customer base, proactively promote the company's international freight transportation and logistics services, and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and market demands, and provide timely updates on the latest market information.
- Manage sales contracts and ensure the correct execution of contract terms.
Required Skills & Experiences:
- Hold a college degree or higher in logistics management, international trade, English, or related fields.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service awareness, and team spirit.
- Proactive work attitude, ability to work well in a team and independently.
- At least 3 years of experience in international logistics and freight forwarding sales. Experience in selling Airfreight and sea-shipments is preferred.
